There’s a new chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the app. Tap it, type a message, and you’re talking to us — not a bot, not a ticketing form, just us.
What it’s for
Tell us a translation that’s wrong. Suggest a story you’d like to read. Report a bug. Ask a question about Spanish that’s been bothering you. Say hi. All of it lands in front of a human who actually built the thing.
Replies come back in the same panel. Leave the panel closed and they wait for you — open the bubble next time you’re in the app and you’ll see them.
How it works
Each conversation is a thread. Signed-in users get a thread tied to their account, so it follows you across devices. Signed-out visitors get a thread tied to their browser. You can optionally leave an email if you’d like a reply when you’re not in the app — otherwise we just answer in the panel.
What we’re hoping for
Honest feedback. The kind you’d give a friend who showed you their side project — not a polished review, just the thing that bugged you or the thing you wished existed.
If you spot a typo, an awkward gloss, a missing translation, a story idea, an audio glitch — tell us. The bubble is right there. Most apps make support feel like filing taxes. We wanted ours to feel like sending a text.
